Food Runner

Position Summary

A Food Runner supports the restaurant team by delivering prepared drinks from the bar and dishes from the kitchen to guests in a timely, organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and drink orders to guests promptly and accurately.

  • Verify that each dish matches the ticket before serving.

  • Prioritize running food, while also assisting in clearing tables when time allows.

  • Perform side work as assigned, including clearing debris from outdoor areas and refilling water tanks.

  • Respond to guest requests courteously and escalate issues to bartenders when needed. 

  • Help reset tables and support food service operations during busy periods when time allows.
