Food Runner
Position Summary
A Food Runner supports the restaurant team by delivering prepared drinks from the bar and dishes from the kitchen to guests in a timely, organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and drink orders to guests promptly and accurately.
Verify that each dish matches the ticket before serving.
Prioritize running food, while also assisting in clearing tables when time allows.
Perform side work as assigned, including clearing debris from outdoor areas and refilling water tanks.
Respond to guest requests courteously and escalate issues to bartenders when needed.
Help reset tables and support food service operations during busy periods when time allows.
