Key Responsibilities
Collect and wash all dishes, glassware, and utensils from the front of the restaurant.
Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools used by the kitchen staff.
Clean, mop, and sanitize bathrooms to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Refill ice bins regularly to ensure service readiness.
Empty and dispose of trash from all bins throughout the restaurant.
Assist in clearing and cleaning patio tables during the on-season as needed.
