Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and wash all dishes, glassware, and utensils from the front of the restaurant.

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools used by the kitchen staff.

  • Clean, mop, and sanitize bathrooms to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

  • Refill ice bins regularly to ensure service readiness.

  • Empty and dispose of trash from all bins throughout the restaurant.

  • Assist in clearing and cleaning patio tables during the on-season as needed.
