Bartender
Position Summary
The bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage and table service to all guests in the bar area. This position operates without on-shift management, requiring a high level of professionalism, initiative, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Provide full service to bar guests and guests seated at tables.
Open and close the bar in accordance with company standards and policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and surrounding tables.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.
Restock bar supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Collaborate with fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service transitions between shifts.
Shift Structure
AM Shift: One bartender responsible for all service.
PM Shift: Two bartenders working collaboratively to serve guests.
No on-site management during shifts; bartenders are expected to handle operations independently.
