Bartender

Position Summary

The bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage and table service to all guests in the bar area. This position operates without on-shift management, requiring a high level of professionalism, initiative, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

  • Provide full service to bar guests and guests seated at tables.

  • Open and close the bar in accordance with company standards and policies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and surrounding tables.

  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

  • Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.

  • Restock bar supplies and maintain inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with fellow bartenders to ensure smooth service transitions between shifts.

Shift Structure

  • AM Shift: One bartender responsible for all service.

  • PM Shift: Two bartenders working collaboratively to serve guests.

  • No on-site management during shifts; bartenders are expected to handle operations independently.
